Create a Response Header
SoftwareCentral runs as an Intranet site on your network. By default Microsoft has enabled “Display intranet sites in Compatibility View”. This setting might cause some interfaces in SoftwareCentral not to look as intended. To avoid this, create a new HTTP Response Header in the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.

When the site is selected, open “HTTP Response Headers”. Create a new HTTP Response Header by clicking on the “Add…” button in the upper right corner.

Give it the following name: “X-UA-Compatible”. And value: “IE=edge”:
