Service Manager

The Service Manager is used to manage the SoftwareCentral service which run background jobs such as license harvesting and local group administration. SoftwareCentral automatically manages the service, so you do not need to use this functionality.

The Service Manager is located under the Settings menu:

All jobs are listed in the center view. You can use the search bar in the left menu to search for a specific job. You can also click on pending, failed and expired jobs to sort the list.

In the lower right corner of the interface you can restart the service with the "Restart Service" button.

By clicking on the "More.." button, a new window will open:

From this window you can run the job immediately or cancel the job.
