SoftwareCentral includes a self service module, also known as the shopping module.
The shopping module includes a shop where end-users can go directly and a configuration interface accessible through the standard SoftwareCentral interface.
With the SoftwareCentral Shop, users can order packages and custom items. You can define custom variables, actions and approval flows for each item.
The shop is also accessible for Intune devices that does not exist in your SCCM. See Shop for MEM (Intune)
