Application Delegation (Package Security Groups)
Applications can be delegated to users by assigning them to Package Security Groups from the “Assign Packages to Security Groups” interface and then by assigning the Package Security Group to one or more Security Roles from the Security Roles interface
Package Security Groups are created from the Settings menu under "Package Security Groups".
Note that by default, applications which are not assigned to any Package Security Groups, or only assigned to shopping security groups, will be available to all users in SoftwareCentral, except for in the Shop.
